Projects are used to group the contact notes according to the one topic.

**In order to add a new project:** 

  - Choose the module **CRM**, and next submodule **Projects**.  
  - Click on **Add**.
  - Complete the essential data:
    * Code
    * Project's name
    * Planned date of the initiation
    * Planned date of the completion
    * Project's type
    * Budget - the amount of money
    * Description
