====== CMR CONSIGNMENT NOTES ======

The Modus system enables you to record the CMR international consignment notes. This functionality includes generating of the consignment notes on the basis of the sale documents and the data edition required on such documents and printouts.

===== CREATION OF CMR CONSIGNMENT NOTES =====
In order to generate CMR document in the Modus system, you have to follow these steps:
  - Go to **Transport/CMR Consignment note**.
  - Run the function by clicking on **"Add"**. The window **NEW CMR CONSIGNMENT NOTE** will open.
  - In the tab "Documents" add these documents to the list that will be included in the specification of the consignment note.
  - In the tab "Details" fill out the blanks in order to print them on the document. Boxes "Recipient", "Destination", and "Documents" can be automatically filled out by using appropriate buttons (provided that you have made the earlier step).
  - Confirm the inserted changes. The edition window will be closed, and a new document will appear in the record.
The ready made document can be printed out, edited at any time or permanently deleted from the system.

== TERMS OF USE ==
In the system there has to be at least one sale document, and on its basis the specification of the consignment note will be generated.
