====== Batches ======

In the main window you have possibility to preview all the products' items that are located in the current warehouse: their names, batch numbers, materials from which the product was made, serial numbers, and client's name.

<note important>Products that were created according to the function **Assembling** do not have the serial number and the product's card.
</note>


In "Details" panel(F8) you can preview the history of documents related to the product's item, beginning from its production order.

To see all the produced items, move to the module **Warehouse** → **Batches**

===== Edition of the assortment =====

The program allows you for the edition of the product's item. To do it, you have to choose the specific element from the list and click on the icon "Edit".
It causes the opening of the Edition of the assortment window. 

In this window you can change details of the product's item, for example the name, bar code, warehouse group, catalog number, etc. More about the edition of the assortment you can read [[en:podrecznik:magazyn:asortyment:ewidencja|here]].

===== Product's card =====
Product's card is a set of information about the product that is gathered from the moment of its order making. It consists of the client's data, product's status - where is it located or if it was already produced; additionally you can check the production process of this product and exploited materials. Direct product's item release.
In order to facilitate the release of products' items you can use **Automatic creation of documents**. Depending on the position, in which it is located, documents are created differently:
  * if the Automatic creation of documents is activated - the type and number of the issued document is automatically created.\\ This function works in this way - for the released product the contractor who ordered it, is checked. If in the scratch pad, the release for this contractor already exists, then the product is added to this release. Otherwise, a new release is created.
  * if the function is not activated, then the change of the document, which is issued, is performed by choosing from the toolbar "Add to the document" and select the release document (the list of release documents that are still in the scratchpad) or choose a "New document".

**To release the specific product's item:**
  - choose **Warehouse** from which you want to release the product's item.
  - mark the product's item, which you want to release.
  - click the button **Release**.
  - according to the position of the **Automatic creation of documents** the product's item will be added to the chosen document with the scratchpad status or will be created in the new external release document.\\ \\


**In this module you can release a product with the help of the bar code scanner. **

<note important>Release of the product's item with the aid of the bar code scanner **is possible only** for the products with the following configuration:
  * default quantity of the batch that equals 1
  * switched option [[en:podrecznik:magazyn:partie#rezerwacja_i_wydanie_asortymentu_z_konkretnych_partii|reservation from the batch]] (at the time of document's creation or its confirmation).

  - Unroll the icon **Release** 
  - Choose **Release with the help of the scanner**
  - Read the code of the product's item.
  - Depending on the position of the **Automatic creation of documents** 
    * the product's item will be added to the chosen document, which is in the scratchpad or a new document of the external release will be created.
    * below the function **Release with the aid of the bar scanner**, the function **Release with the aid of the scanner 2** is available - both functions place the scanned product on the external release document. The scanning window has got a different view.
