====== Returnable packages ======
The Modus enables the service of returnable packages, which are used for the packing of products. After defining a pattern according to which the products are packed, the process of issuing a document (Delivery Note) automatically creates a document of the package issue. A function of returnable packages enables you for the registry and control over the issued packages. 

<note important>Function of returnable packages applies only to the **batch production!**</note>
===== Service of returnable packages =====
To enable the service of returnable packages:
  - from a menu **Index cards** choose **Configuration** - **Global settings**.
  - Choose an option **Package services**.
  - In a module **Warehouse** - **Assortment** create an index card of the assortment, which will be a package. It is necessary to choose an option **It is a package** on the assortment card.
  - go to the **Index cards** menu - **Warehouses** - **Types of Packages**.
  - By selecting an icon **Add** create a new type of packages.
  - To the created type add the package by clicking on **Add** which is on the tab **Packages**. 
  - In the window  **Packages list** choose a package or add a new package to the list by choosing **Add**.
  - After the addition, a window **Edition of the position of the scheme** will open, where you define a number of products that should be included in the package.
  - by clicking on **Add** located on the tab **Products**, define products which are packed according to the created type. The type of packages can be assigned to the product from the level: index card of an assortment, on the tab **Packages**.

===== Release of the packages =====
In order to release returnable package:
  - [[en:podrecznik:magazyn:dokumenty_magazynowe#Dokumenty wydań|Issue a Delivery Note ]] for products, which were assigned the package scheme.
  - After the approval of the Delivery Note, a document of the package's issue will be automatically created. Specify a date of the package's return. 
  - After the approval of the document, information about the number of released packages is shown (depending on the number of issued products and the number of products included in one package), which can be edited.
