In this module you can find the list of the warehouse release documents. Functions available in this module are  described below.

==Reservations function ==
In the Modus system the material expenditure can take place according to the FIFO method or from the chosen batch.  More information about [[en:podrecznik:magazyn:wycena_wartosci_magazynu# Rating|expenditure algorithm]] and about [[en:podrecznik:magazyn:partie|Reservation from the batch]] is available on the user's guide pages.
<note important>
If the release document includes the assortment with the option 'Reservation from the batch at the time of document's confirmation' switched on, the document can not be confirmed until the moment of booking from the particular batch.</note>

<note tip>If a specific assortment requires reservation from the concrete batch, in the column **Reservation from the batch** the status **!Needed** is visible.</note>

**In order to reserve the assortment from the specific batch:**
  - In the module **Warehouse** choose **Releases**
  - Choose the document which you want to confirm, and on which you there is the assortment that requires reservation from the batch.
  - In the panel details/Specification tab choose the assortment that requires reservation.
  - Click on **Reservations**
  - choose the batch from which you want to make booking
  - Click on **Reserve**
  - Specify the quantity for reservation and click **Confirm**
  - Close the window by clicking **Confirm**

**Additional information is included in the Specification tab:**

__Averaged prime cost__ - released quantity of assortment can come from different batches, therefore the purchase price of the individual batches could be different. On specification of confirmed outgoing document the assortment can be one item. The purchase price is averaged and is shown as the 'Averaged prime cost'. For the document which is located in the draft, the averaged prime cost accounts for the basis purchase price.
