====== Correction of the materials consumption======
During realization of the production process it happens that, e.g. as a result of a mistake of the person responsible for defining formulas or an error of a production operator, an actual consumption of a material/materials differ from the one visible in a demand resulting from a formula. In such situation, completion of production would cause a generation of an issue document for the quantity compliant with the indicated one in the demand regardless of the actual consumption (under condition that on stock there is a sufficient quantity of materials). A generated document would cause to the situation, that according to the system, in stock would be a different quantity of the material than it actually was.

A correction of the material consumption allows for modification of demand (that was stated on the basis of a formula produktu) and determine how much of the raw material was actually used in the the production process.


__**Correction of materials consumption can be made from three levels:**__
  * for particular positions (Production schedule/Demand tab)
  * for particular positions(on the production terminal)
  * globally of a product or many products (Production schedule)

<note tip>Program allows you for performing [[podrecznik:globalne:analizy|analysis]] of made corrections of the material consumption, that provides information about: the assortments for which the correction was made and the workers responsible for it.</note>
===== Consumption correction for particular items =====
In the production schedule there is a Demand tab. It gives you information about materials needed for the production process of the chosen product. From the level of this tab you can adjust the consumption of each item visible on the list. 

**In order to make correction of the materials consumption:**
  - In module **Production** choose **Planning**
  - On the list of products planned for the production (right window), select the product for which you want make correction  of raw materials consumption
  - Go to **Demand** tab
  - Select material for which you want to enter actual consumption
  - Click on **Correction of the material consumption**
  - Edit Actual consumption field
  - If necessary, uncheck the Reserve / release the reserving automatically

===== Correction of consumption on the production terminal=====
Authorized employee can have an access from a terminal to information on the raw materials needed for the production process of selected product. From this level he can adjust consumption of every position displayed on the list

In order to make **Correction of the material consumption**:
      - Select produckt for which you want to make a correction on the terminal
      - Click on **Details**
      - Click on **Materials**
      - Choose material which consumption you want to change
      - Click on **Correction of the material consumption**
      - Input actual consumption
      - Click on **Complete**

===== Global correction of consumption=====
**Correction of the material consumption** - Function allows __global correction of the material consumption__. If for production of several different products there were used different amount of the raw material in total than what a formulas is using than using this correction you can enter the total amount actually consumed, and the program proportionally allocate the difference in the quantity of raw material used between-made products.

Option '__Reserve surplus automatically__', is only visible for assortment without the required reservation from the batch or assortment with the reservation from the batch and at the same time enabled automatic reservation of batch:
  * Correction of consumption set at 0 remove all existing reservations
  * Correction of consumption set at negative with automatic reservation release is available to assortment without the required reservation from the batch or the batch assortment from reservation provided that the existing reservation covers only one batch;\\ the alternative solution is to correct quantity of raw material used separately for each batch of products (by using the tool correction located in Production/Planning/Production schedule/Details/Demand tab). 
 
<note important>This correction can also be accomplished by selecting one party. If the recipe is having the same raw material for several times(eg, from different purposes), correction chapter proportion at the difference consumption all positions.</note>

In order to make global correction:
  - In module Production/Planning/Production schedule select several batches with which you want to make the correction
  - Click on **Production**
  - Choose **Correction of consumption**
  - On the list showing the total demand on materials for specific batch, select material which quantity you want to correct
  - Click on **Correct**
  - Enter the total quantity actually used in the production of selected batch(the difference between the amount resulting from the recipes, and the quantity entered as actually consumed will be proportionally distributed among the selected batches)
