====== DEMAND ======
The Global demand module allow you for defining a plan of the materials supply necessary for sustaining the continuity of the production process.


It s directly linked with the orders to suppliers. It is also connected with the orders of recipients, that define a size of production in the enterprise. This information is used for generating a demand for materials. 

The system allows you for automatic creation of orders to suppliers.

The demand is calculated on the grounds of the orders from contractors.

**In oder to check the global demand and generate the order, you have to:**
  - In the module **Production** choose **Demand**,
  - Choose types and statuses of documents that are to be taken into account when specifying the demand. After the eventual change of selected positions, click on **Generate**.
  - To generate an order, indicate an assortment, that has to be ordered.
  - Next, click on **Order**.
  - In the window **Generating an order to the supplier**, all the parameters are displayed that have an impact on the size of demand. In case of some of them, there is possibility of considering them in the calculation (ordered quantity, minimal inventory balance, order for ).
  - After the confirmation, a new order document to a [[en:podrecznik:crm:kontrahenci|default supplier, assigned to the specific assortment]] is generated. Further proceeding is the same as in case of the common creation of the [[en:podrecznik:zamowienia:do_dostawcow#Lista zamówień|order to a supplier]].

==During creation an order for the lacking assortment, two additional options are available:==
  * **order a remained lacking assortment of the supplier** - by default, on the order you can find only one chosen assortment. For simplification of placing an order, there is possibility of automatic taking into account the remained lacking assortments on the generated order, that are supplied by the same vendor. Selected parameters of the order will be used for the range of products that are on the order document.

  * **add to the order also the available assortment of the supplier** - on the order, a whole assortment supplied by the vendor (supplier) will appear. It is sufficient to make edition of the quantity of the ordered assortment (by default, a quantity of materials, which lack was not reported, will equal 0) and confirm the order.


=====Demand for assembling=====
Modus system allows for verification of the demand for materials that are indispensable for the realization of ordered products that are made on the basis of assembling. Information about the function of assembling you can find [[en:podrecznik:magazyn:asortyment:kompletuj|here]].

To make the allocation of demand possible:
  * product must belong to the group Simple product,
  * formula of the product must be based on the Assembling technology.

Confirmed order generates a demand for materials according to the quantities specified in the formula. Executed orders and the ones for which the reservation was made, are not taken into consideration in the demand.\\ \\
**In order to check the demand:**
  - Depending on the version of a program:
    * In the module **Warehouse** choose **Demand** - for the version PRO,
    * In the module **Production** choose **Demand** - for the version MAX,
  - In the type of a document field, select **Orders from recipients**,
  - Click on **Generate**.
