====== Price list ======
The system enables you for defining different figures on price lists and specifying the margin for each list. If the same assortment is offered in different prices, then you can assign a specific price list to the particular client.

Defined price lists are copied to the card of each assortment. The price lists are shown in the tab [[en:podrecznik:magazyn:ceny|Prices]] and allow for defining different sale prices of the particular product.

===== Creation of price list =====
In order to create a new price list:
  - In the menu  **Index cards** choose **Sale**, and next **Price lists**. The price lists' window opens.
  - Click on **Add**.
  - Complete the necessary data: currency, margin rate, and the type of the price list.

<note tip> The price list can be ascribed to the contractor by using the tab Commercial database, in the  contractor's editing/adding window.</note>

<note important>If the price list was used for the transaction, it cannot be deleted. But you can change its status into inactive.</note>
