====== New WU document (device issue)======
Document is used to records of issued devices. In order to account the issue fill out:
  * Series
  * Contractor
  * Employee
  * Comments
  * Devices - enter the devices issued on the document. You can do that in two ways:
    * Clicking Add and choose device from the list
    * through Device code - by barcode reader
