====== E-mail notification of failure ======

The system provides automatic e-mail notification in case of failure of the object. To send a notification is necessary to link the object with the employee to whom you want to give notification of faults.

__**Ties can be done in two ways: ** __

   * By assigning object/objects to employee

**OR **

  * By assigning the employee/employees to the facility

To automatic accident notification function work properly correct mail configuration in the Modus is required. \\ * The files %%\%% Configuration %%\%% Global Settings %%\%% System %%\%% Post \\ Notifications of failures are sent from the currently logged in user account when you create a notification. ===== Assignment of an object/objects to the employee: =====

  * Go to ** Maintenance / Staff **
  * Select Employee
  * Go to ** Details panel/Objects tab**
  * Click Add
  * Select the object/ objects you want to assign to the selected employee on the list that appears
  * Click the "Select"
  * In the dialog "New employee relationship with the object," check the employee's responsibilities and enter any comments
  * If you want the employee was notified of the crash chosen objects, select ** "Notify e-mail about failures" **

  * Go to ** Maintenance/Objects **
  * Select the object
  * Go to **Details panel/Staff tab**
  * Click Add
  * Select the employee/employees that you want to assign to the selected object on the list that appears
  * Click the "Select"
  * In the dialog "New employee relationship with the object," click the responsibility of the employee / employees, and type any comments
  * If you want the employee / employees were alerted to the failures of your selected object, select ** "Notify e-mail about failures" **
