Dictionaries feature allows you to define from one level:
   * Groups of objects
   * Types of repairs
   * Types of surveys
   * Types of repairs
   * Types of maintenance
   * Location of objects
   * Types of objects
   * The consequences of failure

Defining the dictionary allows you to assign a specific type of event to be created order.

** In order to define a new kind of repair: **
   - Click on the tree node labeled "Kinds of repairs"
   - Click the "Add"
   - Complete the data

** In order to remove the type of repair: **
