In this case, select all the data in the worksheet of this file copy it and paste it into a new xls file . Save the file and indicate when you import a new file. **In order to import the objects:** - In module **Eam** choose **Objects** - Click on **Import** - Indicate files location - When selected ** The spreadsheet ** field will be supplemented - In the **Import configuration**, clicking on each line in the **Excel column** assign Excel columns to the Modus columns. - After assigning a system you can save by entering a name in the Save As field and click Save. In the future, for a file of identical system of columns instead of assigning the columns will be able to load a system from the list. - Click on **Validate**, to obtain information on whether the import to file is properly prepared and whether the data will be imported. For example, if in one field introduces too many characters, in the results tab proper information will be displayed. In this case the import window can be closed, and the file edited.
