Before the update, check if all user are logged out of the system. This information is visible after running anRhoAdmin and connecting with the base, e.g.:
If some users are logged in the base there are some links to the database you should not initiate the update. You have to check which users are logged in and on which workstations the links are active to the database. The aim is to inform the users about the necessity of finishing work. In case of terminals, it does not matter which employee works in the system. Regardless of the suit used by the employee/user, on each workstation you have to disable the Modus/ModusTerminal program. Employees that work on the terminal do not have to finish all their products. It is enough to suspend time, because during the update, they will not have possibility of registering the end or the suspension of work time.
If after logging out of the users and the shutdown of the program on all workstations, still more than one links to the database are visible, you have to check on which workstation the link is active. Taka sytuacja może świadczyć o tym że program został zamknięty, a mimo to widnieje w procesach (Ctrl+Alt+Del). Jeśli taka sytuacja ma miejsce należy, należy na tym stanowisku zakończyć proces.
Unfinished link with the database
