CRM (eng. Customer Relationship Management). Module enables you for the record of:

• contractors and data related to them (contact details, trade data),
• contact details of contractors,
• activities conducted with contractors,
• it enables for event planning and reminders related to contractors,
• Modus has a function of sending direct documents by email,
• it follows balances and clients' liabilities,
• it enables for storing documents as electronic information.

The system allows you to create projects, to which you can ascribe a particular client. The project keeps a record of employees' activities, e.g. incoming and outgoing phone calls and incoming and outgoing e-mail correspondence. Every project can be easily summarized and the potential costs of such activities can be evaluated.
