Routes

The system enables you for detailed planning of the route for the loaded vehicle. You can define every stopover, distances between particular points on the route, as well as the average time of delivery period.

In order to create a new route:

1. from the module „Transport” choose „Routes”,
2. click on „Add”,
3. In the window of the Route edition enter a route code, average time of the passage and click on „Add” top add other points of passage,
4. Choose a point of passage and define a distance from the previous point. In order to add next point, click again on „Add” in the window of the Route edition.
5. In case of the lack of appropriate point, add a new one by clicking „Add” in the window with a list of passage points.

After defining the route, you can specify that the ordered assortment should be delivered on this route. Information about the chosen route for the order is assigned to the ordered assortment and is visible in the production planning. It allows you to plan the production of all products that should be transported together on the specific route.

A route related to the order document can be assigned in two ways:

• I way:
  1. in the module Orders choose From recipients
  2. select the order to which the route should be assigned,
  3. click on Routes.
• II way:
  1. in the module Orders choose From recipients,
  2. click on Add,
  3. choose a contractor who places an order,
  4. in the field Route choose the route
     Attention: The field Route is available if the option „Assortment included in the transport planning” is enabled in the definition of the Order from the recipient.
