CONSIGNMENT NOTES CMR (version 2.1. and earlier)

Guidebook to version 2.2

In the version 1.14 Modus system introduced international records CMR consignment notes. Functionality record includes generating consignment notes based on sales documents, edit data required for such a document and prints.

In order to generate CMR document in Modus system you have to:

1. from Files → Warehouses → Consignment notes CMR, open records of CMR documents.
2. Click on Add. New consignment note window will open.
3. In the „Documents” tab add those documents to the list.
4. In the „Details” fill out necesary data in order toprint them on the document. Boxes „Recipient”, „Destination” and „Documents” you can fill out automatically by clicking on specific button.
5. Accept the changes. Edition window will colse and new document will appear in records.

This document can be now printed edited or removed at any time.

The system must have at least one sales document based on which the consignment document will be generated.
