Localizations

In the program you can define the assortment's localization in the warehouse. You can achieve this in two ways:

• define the permanent localizations, where the particular assortment is stored.
• define the localization at the time of the batch receipt. There is possibility of changing the assortment's localization.

In order to define the localization of a particular warehouse, you have to:

1. from the side menu choose Warehouse, and next Warehouses.
2. select the warehouse for which you want to create the localization list.
3. click on Add in the window Localizations.
4. insert the code of localization (e.g. the number of shelf).
5. in order to add other localizations, repeat the action from the point 2.

In order to define the permanent localization for the specific assortment, you have to:

1. In the index card of the specific assortment choose the tab Localizations,
2. Click on Add,
3. From the localization list choose the one that has to be assigned to the chosen assortment.

In order to assign the assortment to the specific localization you have to:

• during the creation of the goods received note in the window where the batch number is inserted, you have to choose the localization from the list.

The program gives you the option for printing sale invoices according to the warehouse localization. It relates to the assortment that has permanent warehouse places and relies on sorting the items on the invoice in such a way to create a kind of a path for the storeman.

In order to print out the specification:

1. In the module Sale choose Documents or Releases and click on Print
2. Select the document
3. Click on Print the specification according to localization
