Inventory balances

Modus allows you for checking the inventory balance of every material or product offered by the company. In contrast to the submodule Assortment, where you can find only the card indexes of the virtual product templates, in the inventory balances you can find card indexes of the ordered product variants. The product which is in stock under different variants, is on the list as many times as many variants of this product exist. In order to distinguish them you can run the column that informs you about the materials, from which the particular variant was produced. From this level you can edit the assortment's card index as well as in the submodule Assortment.

Disassembling is the type of a simple production, when from one product many assortments are created. The process takes place according to the formula of the assortment's disassembly. You can change the quantity of the benchmark assortments. More information on this topic you can find here.

The program enables you to conduct the warehouse cataloging. The stock-taking is a detailed checking of the actual state of all the items in the warehouse. It allows you for explaining the differences between the inventory balance stated during the stock-taking (the actual state), and the balance that results from the accounting records.

Reservations is the assignment of the particular quantity of the material to the specific product, or the finished product for the client, who made an order for this product.

How to reserve the product for the contractor/customer?

First way: By creating a new „Order from the customer” you have to select the box „Assortment's reservation”. ++++ Screen: Rezervations - First way | ++++
Second way: To reserve the commercial assortment można dokonać poprzez „Reservation Manager”, this option for assortment's reservation for the particular order.

For this purpose;

1. from the module „Orders” choose „From customers”.
2. Select one specific order for which you want to make a reservation.
3. In the bottom part of the window, in details w szczegółach [F8], in the tab „Reservations” you can find the function „Reservation Manager”. By using this button you can make reservation of the lacking number of products, or release the reserved product.

By using the icon Issue on the toolbar you can issue a product from the module „Warehouse„ – „ Balances”.

In what way you can issue a product/material from the warehouse?

1. In the module „Warehouse” choose „Balances”.
2. Choose a specific warehouse as the current one.
3. In the box „Issue on document” select New document.
4. Select the product/material that has to be issued.
5. Click on the icon „Issue”.
6. The window of the document choice will be displayed.
7. Following steps depend on the chosen type of the document and they are described in the chapters. Goods Issued Documents and Issues of trade documents.
8. In case of the assortment issuing with the options „Register the batch number” switched on and „Reservation from the batch required at the time of document's creation”, the window with list of batches of the particular assortment will be displayed.

Documents are saved in the form of a scratchpad. Unless they are confirmed, you can add other positions by choosing a particular document in the box „Release on a document”.

The icon serves for printing the assortment's label. The printout is created according to the defined template that can be edited. Information about how to edit or create a new template, you can find here. ++++ Screen: Label| ++++

The function enables you for the reservation of the chosen assortment or deletion of the reservation. Reservation of the product reserves it for the contractor. Raw material reservation can result from its reservation for the production process.
