Start the work with Modus system (version 2.2)

Instruction to the Modus Free version .

Instruction to 2.1 and earlier versions. In order to start the work with Modus system you have to reflect the production process in the system which is realized in the company. It should be described how and from what components the products are made.

1. Insert the stock
   • ingredients (components) (if you want the system to create variants of products, at the stage of the ordering, define the production groups of the stocks and allocate products to them. Next, to define formulas use the production groups of the stocks instead of particular components)
2. Define:
   • Group of products
   • Technology of production
   • Production groups of raw materials (refers to the products able to define at the stage of the ordering )

1. Insert contractors
2. Insert production workers

1. Make an order to the supplier
2. Receive materials to the warehouse
3. Receive an order from the consumer
4. Proceed the process of production
   • Plan the process of production
   • Transfer raw materials that are necessary to realize the order from the main warehouse to the production warehouse.
   • Confirm Production orders
   • Assign workers to the production order
   • Perform the following stages of production using the program or the production terminal
5. Issue documents:
   • trade documents
   • warehouse documents
