Planning 2 - List of the production orders

In the window there is a list of generated production orders. Functionality allows you for creation of a new order, confirmation of the order located in the scratchpad, a printout of documents related with the order, checking of the demand, placing an order to a supplier for the lacking assortment and transport planning.

The icon is designed to print out an order and additional documents related to the production order, such as:

• list of the production orders for workers,
• demand for materials,
• labels of materials (the system prints out only the labels that have got bar codes entered in the index cards of the assortment).

The icon is designed to printout the label of product that has its serial number. A printout can be realized on the printer of labels, according to a defined template that can be edited. The icon is designed for generating consignment notes and transport planning on the basis of the fleet of vehicles.

To plan the transport:

1. Choose an order for which you want to plan the transport.
2. Click on Transport.
3. Choose a route.
4. Chooses a vehicle.
5. Confirm a ready consignment note.

It provides information about the products planned for realization in a specific production order. ++++ Screen: Specification tab | ++++

Generate an order to a supplier - the icon enables you for generating an order to a supplier for the lacking assortment, taking into consideration remained orders from recipients, places orders to suppliers, minimal and maximal inventory balances, etc. ++++ Screen: Generate an order to a supplier | ++++ ++++ Screen: Defining the quantity of the ordered material | ++++
