Issue materials

In version 2.2. a function of automatic generation of a document that transfers materials necessary for the production process from a loading warehouse to a production warehouse was added(document of the Issue for production).

This function generates a Goods Issue to Production document that places on it materials necessary for the product realization. Materials are loaded from the warehouse indicated as a loading warehouse, in compliance with formulas or the manufactured products. Issued document of the Goods Issue to Production automatically reserves transfered materials for the needs of the product/order. Reservation making is automatic and independent from the settings of the Reservation for production document. More information about the topic of reservation you can read here. A loading warehouse for each material is defined in the assortment's card.

The function Issue materials is available in the Modus from a level:

• Production/Planning/Production schedule
• Production/Planning/Production schedule 2
• Production/ Production orders

In order to make transfer:

1. Select a product or a production order, for which you want to transfer materials,
2. Click on Issue materials
3. Choose a worker, to whom the materials will be issued,
4. A document of the materials transfer will be generated from the loading warehouse into the production warehouse, in which the materials resulting from the production formulas will appear. If there is a lack of any material, on the loading warehouse you will see a message about a lack of the sufficient quantity of the material with question whether to generate document with the quantities available in stock.
5. Go to the module Warehouse, and next Issues.
6. Confirm an issue document.
