Price list

The system enables you for defining different figures on price lists and specifying the margin for each list. If the same assortment is offered in different prices, then you can assign a specific price list to the particular client.

Defined price lists are copied to the card of each assortment. The price lists are shown in the tab Prices and allow for defining different sale prices of the particular product.

Creation of price list

In order to create a new price list:

  1. In the menu Index cards choose Sale, and next Price lists. The price lists' window opens.
  2. Click on Add.
  3. Complete the necessary data: currency, margin rate, and the type of the price list.

After creating the price list, you have to define the prices of the assortments.
The price list can be ascribed to the contractor by using the tab Commercial database, in the contractor's editing/adding window.

The list of assortment with the net and gross sale prices for the particular price lists is available in the module Assortment, submodule - Balances.

If the price list was used for the transaction, it cannot be deleted. But you can change its status into inactive.
