This module enables you for performing free pricing policy for the clients. It is possible to create an optional number of price lists (also currency price lists) and assign them to the contractors. Sales prices can remain stable or can be actualized based on the markup and the changing purchase price. The sale can be conducted on the basis of customers' orders, as well as without them. Assortment that is offered for sale can consist of products, services, and materials. When the company sales a part of the production raw materials, each of it can be defined whether it is offered for sale.
In the system you can automatically generate sales documents based on the warehouse release document, warehouse receipt or an order from the customer. Any relation between documents are registered. Next, the chosen document can be exported to one of the popular formats and be sent by e-mail to the contractor or to the person responsible for receiving documents.
With a view to the retail sales, the Modus system offers handling of fiscal printers, registry, logging-in of cashiers, and the panel of „Quick sale”. On the needs of the accounts department you can create the VAT sales register.
Products can be offered as sets. They can be created in that way in case of the order of the whole set of products. Its particular elements are made from the one batch, by the one employee, or one by one in order to guarantee the whole set to be received by the client.
