Production groups of materials

Group of assortmen with of particular importance in the proces of defining product recipes production group can be component of Virtual recipe and Flexible recipe.

When defining the production group of materials we assign raw material which in the endproduct have the same use but differ (eg. color, material from which it was made etc. ). Define groups of raw materials and assign them to individual raw materials affects the definition of products recipes because the formula is not put at once to the particular raw material but production group of raw material, so we do not need at the stage of implementation to create and write to the system thousands of recipes and combinations of raw materials for the product. At the stage of the order, select the specific raw material from which the customer whishes the product was made. A recipe for the product is generated automatically by the system.

How to create production group of materials ?

1. In module Technology choose Production group of material
2. Click on Add
3. Fill out Editing production group of material card.

How to assign a material to production group of materials?

1. In module Warehouse Choose Assortment
2. Click on Add
3. In field <Production group> expand the list of existing group and choose one of them.

The tab provides information about materials belonging to selected group

In order to add new material to a group:

1. In module Technology choose Production group of materials
2. In details panel - Materials click on Add
3. Fill out assortmen card
