Schedule

Schedule allows you to:

Plann

This function is used to plan maintenance machinery and equipment. For details on this, see here.

Move

This function makes it easier to edit the schedule of planned actions. It allows you to group the conversion of the planned date of implementation of activities. Changes can be made on a specific date at a specified period of time.

To edit a planned completion date of actions:

  1. Prevention module choose schedule
  2. Check several actions (clicking while holding down the SHIFT or Ctrl'em on the keyboard)
  3. Click Move
  4. Select shift
  5. Click Submit

Assign

For the actions planned, the plan of inspection and service orders issued, you can assign various tasks employees who will be implemented. After assigning employees to actions, these activities are visible Prevention module / Projects. After completing the steps in this module can be quickly and easily enter time to perform this task. Assignment of employees is also necessary to print a list of actions planned for employees.

In order to przedzielenia employees to perform:

  1. Prevention module choose schedule
  2. Check the actions to which you want to assign employees
  3. Click Assign
  4. Check the worker or workers
  5. Click Choose

Remove

This function is used to remove the staff assigned to the actions

Execution

This function is used to record the execution time activities.

In order to perform these steps:

  1. In the module Prevention Select schedule
  2. Select the action planned for which you want to enter the execution time
  3. Click Execute
  4. Select the employee who performed the action
  5. Complete the implementation of the new time card
  6. Enter the time and the result of execution

Print

This function is used to print a list of actions planned for each employee. Detailed information on this topic can be found here.
