Card - Edit function (Maintenance)

This tab contains basic information related to a transaction such as your actions, whether its type. From this level we can also specify a list of parts/consumables necessary for the implementation of the action.

Define a list of supplies on the actions streamlines the process of creating service orders. In the course of this generation do not have to remember which supplies are needed for its implementation. Adding parts to an action is carried out by using Add. In the default one piece is added of the selected range. To edit the required number, select a consumable item and click Edit.

Periodycity and notifications

For actions performed periodically, such as inspections or maintenance the system allows you to define two options:

Periodycaly, by which we can determine at what period is to be implemented overview
Prior notification, whereby the system at the appropriate time to remind about the impending execution date of the activity

These features are especially important in the case of machines under warranty, where the condition is regularly scheduled inspection or maintenance.

Defining the periodical nature is essential for the actions that are to be considered by the Planning maintenance functions.

By defining notification settings you can specify whether subsequent reminder is due to the passage of time or the state of the counter.
In due time information about the upcoming event date appears in the „To Do” branch NOTICE.

Notifications due to the passage of time make use of server system date. For proper operation of the notification The date and time on the server must be up to date . It is recommended that automatic time synchronization with time servers available on the Internet.

To enable the notification options for the following:

On the card Edit function, go to the Notifications
Specify the type of notifications, by clicking:
- Action carried out periodically
- Task carried out by the counter
Specify at what time you want to appear Alert
- For actions performed periodically eg every 1 year
- For the actions performed by the counter such as 1200 hours
How much time you want to appear before notification of the necessity of actions (eg 3 days in advance)
Because notifications can be enabled at any time and at any meter reading device, the notification can be activated from a given date and overworked number of hours. This allows you to avoid the emergence of unnecessary notifications with prior periods.
