Counters

List is used to record the counters located in machines and record their readings. Each unit has a main counter associated with the production line counter. State of the main counter is automatically replenished after reading the production line counter. The readings of the counters can be the basis for settlements with the provided services. In order to add a counter

  1. In the module Maintenance select Objects .
  2. Select the object to which you want to define the counter
  3. Go to the details panel, counters tab
  4. Click Add and fill in the necessary data

In order to remove the counter

  1. In the module Maintenance select Objects.
  2. In the details panel of the selected device, go to the „counters”.
  3. Click Remove (main counter cannot be removed).

Counter reading

Counter readings are intended to record the work done by the machine. Depending on the counter-defined work she has done in the machine it can be expressed in equal units. The exception is the main counter that records the operating time in minutes.

In order to read the counter note:

  1. In the module Maintenance select Objects.
  2. Select an object
  3. Go to the details panel, tab „Counter reading”
  4. Select the counter for which you want to record readings.
  5. Click Add on the counter reading.
  6. Complete the necessary data.

If the machines are operating in a single production line it is possible to make a counter reading for the entire line. This action causes the entering of the main counter reading each of the devices belonging to the line. For more information about line readings you can find here.

Entering the main counter readings is unnecessary:
  • In order to obtain correct values ​​of coefficients failure
  • If the system has defined notifications about activities that are generated by counter readings

Reset Count

Resettable counters can be reset. This can be done in two ways
