Start the work with CMMS system

In order to start working with the system CMMS system should be reflected in company processes. You must enter their establishments and to define carried out maintenance work.

Step I: Entering the data

  1. Specify production lines which will be owned by individual objects
  2. Define dictionaty
  3. Enter objects
  4. Enter employees
Files of objects, contractors, supplies and inventory can be imported from xls file

Step II: Configuration

  1. Define the most frequently occurring failures (failures are one of the types of actions)
  2. Define service actions performed by maintenance services
  3. For defined activities you can turn on notifications about the need to perform an action, you can define them periodically
  4. For defined failures, specify suggested actions to perform in case of failure

Step III: Working with the program - service orders

  1. On the To do list, check if there are events waiting to be compleated
  2. If the list contains some items (service orders / notifications) select one of the entry and click Execute
    • For orders start its implementation
    • For alerts will be generated service order
  3. If you have just experienced a failure that has not yet been introduced to the system report the failure
  4. On the basis of reported crashes you can generate a service order, you can do it in several places in the system:
    • To-do list, click Create service order
    • Failure reported from the list by clicking Order
    • The list of failure of an object, click Generate service order
  5. After generating the order, employees can proceed with the order. In the system of execution of the order can be done by clicking Execute on the selected job, you can do several places in the system:
    • To-do list
    • From the list of service orders
    • From the list of service orders given object
  6. By assessing the performance of individual service order activity and the amount actually used parts - the system will issue an order for the measures recommended (if they are defined for the selected results of the implementation activities) and RW document for worn parts
  7. Approve RW document

Step IV: Working with the program - maintenance scheduling

  1. Plan revisions for a given period
  2. Assign employees to scheduled maintenance
  3. Print the list of surveys planned for employees
  4. Enter the results of the implementation survey
