Card is used to record the results of operations of worn parts, contractors, cost execution, execution time and downtime associated with the implementation of service order.
Actions tab is used to determine the result of the actions and their dates of execution. Operations with service orders are visible in the list of scheduled actions (prevention / Schedule). If you order planning actions allocated to the employee who has to do it step further appears on the list of actions planned for employees (prevention/implementation).
The steps contained in the order may have been previously defined action recommended to be performed if the operation is completed in the outcome. If you execute specific actions that had such an operation and the result is consistent with that defined this order approving the card Follow the system prompts whether to generate job from the actions recommended.
Information on the actions performed under the orders appear in the analyzes based on the date of execution of tasks.
The tab allows you to enter the time of implementation of specific actions within the service order.
If when planning production orders assigned to the employee's actions, this action will appear in the section execution and to introduce the execution time, just click the Edit current record.
If action has not allocated a worker in order to put in the time frame:
Parts tab is a list of parts needed to carry out the order. Edit individual items specify the actual consumption of these parts. By clicking Add, you can also add to the list of parts/consumables that were not scheduled for execution, they have been used.
The costs of the order are prescribed with costs defined during the planning service order. Additionally, it can be credited labor costs resulting from the duration of the action and the hourly rate. All costs can also be manually edited.
The tab allows you to enter the actual downtime due to implementation of service order. The information provided here is then used inter alia for determining factor MTTF, MTTR available in the module Analysis.
