Failure notification

Module is used to report and record failures of objects.

In order to enter new notification:

  1. In module Maintenance choose Failure notification,
  2. Click on Add,
  3. Select object covered by the notification,
  4. Choose an employee who reports a failure,
  5. From the list on the right side of the window, check failure that occurred.
    • If the list is empty it means that for the selected machines are not assigned any failure. Malfunction to that machine can be assigned by clicking Add and choosing the malfunction from list of defined actions/malfunctions. (Action/Malfunction can be assigned to machine from CMMS/Actions module and editing Object file).
    • If clicking Add displays a list of Actions/Malfunctions is also empty it means that your system does not define any actions. In order to add a new action click on Add again.
  6. Selected position will rewrite itself in Malfunction field
  7. Fill in the data and click Accept
After adding the Failure notification, it appears in the list of failures in the module To do. In addition, in the upper left corner of the program, there is a flashing yellow sign Fail(x) with the number of reported failures.
If, for a given machine responsible employee will be determined and the failure notification option is selected, after reporting a failure that worker will get a failure notification e-mail.

Order

Function allows to generate an order for given failure notification. After generating the order the failure will disapear from „To do list” but it will appear on the newly generated service order.

In order to generate service order:

  1. Choose order from which you want to generate the service order
  2. Click on Order
  3. Fill out Order tab
