Orders

Submodule is used to generate and record orders repairs, overhauls, repairs and maintenance. It also allows record of cost and time-consuming repairs, and also used for this purpose supplies.

In the order to issue the order:

1. In module CMMS choose Orders
2. Click on Add
3. Choose object to which the order applies
4. Click on Choose
5. Select type of order from the list
6. Click on Accept
7. Fill out Order tab
8. Submit order clicking one of the functions:
   • Confirm - the order will be approval and will be awaited for the implementation
   • Zatwierdź i wykonaj - Confirm and perform - the order is approved, at the same time a window will open its implementation (such as clicking on function Proceed)
   • Confirm periodically - function lets you schedule a periodic order execution

++++ Screen: Generating service order | ++++

Service orders, which should be implemented cyclic such as inspections and maintenance can be planned ahead of time automatically. Just once specify the parameters of order and determine how many jobs are created and at what period you want to repeat

1. In module Maintenance choose Service
2. Click on Add
3. Select object, to which the order applies
4. Click on Choose
5. Select type of order from the list
6. Click on Accept
7. Fill out Order tab
8. Confirm the order by clicking Confirm periodically - function will generate the next order automatically, which should be carried out periodically, such as inspections or maintenance. In the Periodic order ganeration window specify how many orders has to be generated and how often.

Function will change status and performance of realized orders. During the implementation of an action the program tells what to do, it allows you to specify what the result of the implementation of individual actions, You can generate a document outgoings for necessary predefined consumables. If the order specifies recomended actions new order can be generated precisely for this actions.

In order to perform the order:

1. In module CMMS choose Orders
2. Select order you want to perform
3. Click on Perform and fill out Perform an order
4. In Parts tab describe actual consumption
5. Describe outcome of the actions
6. Change status to Performed
7. Click on Accept
8. If for order execution there were consumables used the system will ask to generate internal document of outgoings on those parts. Document will be issued to Scratchpad. Used parts will be displayed in the Issues module.

The tab displays a list of activities planned for implementation within the given order. From here you can add additional actions for the order, and check the manual implementation of the activity

This tab is a list of workers assigned to carry out activities within the job. From here you can add to commission further staff carrying out activities.

Tab provides information on planned costs related to the implementation of selected order and allows you to quickly add cost without going into a job card - just click Add or Add the costs defined in the activities and the cost of parts

Reveals the real costs associated with the job. It allows you to make changes by adding and removing expenses directly out the details pane. If during the contract parts were used that in tab automatically appears in this position supplies with information on the value actually used supplies.

The tab contains a list of consumables necessary for order execution

The connection with the execution the order it can be issued supplies just under a specific order.With this level you appear automatically generated documents RW on supplies issued to implement selected order.
