Card service order
Use this tab to schedule service order (to-do, employees, the necessary parts, etc.) If the order was generated on the basis of reported accidents, are also on the information on this failure.
Actions
Tab allows you to specify a list of tasks that must be performed during the implementation of service order. To order you can add several activities, of which one can be marked as the main activity. This designation makes on the calendar service orders data is likely to be seen together with information on the main action.
For each action, you can assign employees who shall perform a given task. Additionally, the function Instructions lets you read the instruction execution of the selected tasks.
To add tasks to a service order:
On the service order in the tab Activities click Add
In the Select step, select one or more action and click Choose
If the order is generated on the basis of a notification of failure, and failure is:
Have Assigned measures recommended - when you click Add in the Select action will display only tasks assigned to failure as the measures recommended
Don't have assigned tasks recommended - when you click Add in the Select action displays all activities at written for an object whose failure concerns
If the list is empty Choose the action means that for the selected machines are not assigned any tasks. Step into this machine can be assigned from the CMMS / Operations Facility and editing a record.
Even if the machines are not assigned any tasks you can add to order any action. In order to display all system-defined steps, click Clear appearing next to the code Facility
If you click Clear on the object displays a list of activities is also empty it means that your system does not define any action. In order to add new steps again, click Add.

Functions avaliable in the actions tab:
Add new record - adding actions to service order
Delete the current record - delete the selected actions with service order
Assign employees to selected actions - this function is used to determine which employees selected action will be performed
Remove the employees of the selected actions - this function allows the removal of the staff assigned to the selected action
Instructions - Preview instructions for the action
Show card operations - edit the selected card service operation
If you have previously defined data for actions such as: cost, time planned, employee and parts, the information will be transcribed to a service request.

Parts
Tab allows you to define a list of supplies needed to implement the order.
To add parts to the order
Parts tab, click Add
From the list, select the appropriate part
From the list, select the action to which the part will be used
Specify the planned number of parts necessary for the execution of the order
If part of the job is added to the base purchase price to zero automatically varying the value of this part of the tab is added costs.
Costs
The tab allows you to specify the planned costs of the order. Each type of cost can be added manually, and additionally:
The cost of action - automatically rewrites the action card if it is on the previously defined card
The cost of parts - if the order were added to the base portion of the purchase price which is different from zero, the value of these parts can be seen just as the cost of parts
Downtime
The tab allows you to specify machine downtime resulting from the planned execution
