Registration Card of the workstation (wersja 2.2)

Each workstation, from which the work on the Modus system will be performed, has to be registered. The registration is performed automatically during the first running of the program on the particular computer. If necessary, the workstation options can be edited later.

To edit configuration of a workstation:

1. from the upper menu choose Index cards,
2. Then choose Configuration and Workstations,
3. Select the workstation, which you want to edit,
4. Click on Edit.

On the card, the basic parameters of the workstation are defined, such as:

• code - the field is completed automatically with the name of the logged-in user,
• Computer's name - name of the computer in the network. It can be changed in such a way, to easily identify the specific workstation on the list of workstations.
• default printer which the system should use,
• type of the workstation defines the type of the workstation, opcję:
  • the option Standard should be chosen in case of the version MAX, PRO+ or IQ,,
  • the option Concerning production should be chosen in case of the Terminal version,
  • Commercial option should be chosen in case of the workstation that cooperates with the fiscal printer or works according to the Quick sale,
• Default printer - if there are several printers installed, you can choose the one which you use most often. When printing, the system will be using this printer.

This tab is available for every workstation of the Commercial type. It enables you for configuration of the following parameters of the workstation:

• Quick sale - the workstation is automatically activated będzie w trybie szybkiej sprzedaży
• Fiscal printer - by this option, the fiscal printer is switched on. As a result, in the module Sale/Documents the option Perform fiscalization will be available. It enables you for the printout of the ready receipt.

++++ Configuration of the commercial workstation| ++++

The tab is available for the workstation of the Production type. It enables for the configuration of the following parameters:

• Logging-in of the user is always required - logging-in is required, the production is registered according to the specific employee,
  • Registration of the production process is possibele without logging-in of the employee - production can be realized without logging-in. However, it relates only to the products in technology without the option of the włączonej opcji rejestracji working time,
• At the start, activate the function of the Scanner automatically - after activating this option, the Production terminal activates automatically in the Scanner, that registers only the produced quantity.
• after entering the code and performing the operation, log out automatically
• Default work center (after activation, the terminal will be ready for logging in a chosen work center)
  • Do not consent for the change (terminal will log in only in the chosen work center)
• Print the product's label after completion (current stage, last stage)
• Use a template - the possibility of assigning the template of the production label which has to be printed on this workstation (the option is active only when the option Print the product's label will be selected)

The user can create the individual template of the label in the module Production→ Orders (commissions) after clicking on „Serial numbers”. Tworzenie własnych szablonów

Allow the employee for the maintenance of only three stages:

• to which they are assigned (managing of other production stages will be not possible)
• the ones that are realized in the work centers compatible with the employee's group(e.g. working group „Cutter” can realize several stages)
• the ones that are realized in the work centers compatible with the employee's group (e.g. an employee from the group „Cutter” can realize any of the stages)
