E-mail

Massages can be created in two ways:

• First way - as the new message located in the module CRM/Mail. In order to create a new message:
  1. In the module CRM choose Mail.
  2. Click on Add, complete the topic and the content of message, optionally choose the attachment.
  3. Choose the recipient from the list of the contractor's contact people.

• Second way - by generating the message from the chosen document level (the option is available in different modules). For this purpose:
  1. Choose a document, which has to be sent as an attachment,
  2. Click on Send,
  3. Add the recipient. Choose them from the list of the contractor's contact people. Fill out the topic and the content of the message. The document will be automatically added as an attachment in the pdf format.

Sending messages

The mail is configured like any other e-mail program. For this purpose:

1. from the menu Index cards choose Configuration, and next Global settings.
2. from the drop-down menu choose Modus - „E-mail”.
3. Select an option of realization of the e-mail sending, (this option is available in version 2.3 ):
   • Through Modus system - the mail will be sent directly from the Modus system,
   • Through a default client of an e-mail - the e-mail will be sent by a default program installed in the computer. During the message sending, the system creates a new message with an attached document, a message header and an e-mail address of the addressee. After filling out the message content, it can be sent as a common message from the e-mail program,
4. Complete the essential data,
5. Rerun the ERP Modus system.
