EMPLOYEES OCCUPANCY
The basic tasks of module:
- the allocation of the various stages of the manufacturing process for employees
As a result of the allocation of these actions will be displayed on the terminal - same effect as its take place in the Production/Assigning employees. There was, however, the lack of opportunities to plan activities for the day and there was no information how long the worker must devote to these tasks (according to standards). - graphic information about the employee occupied on any given day
occupancy = (duration of the assigned phases (according to standards) / available working time of the day) * 100%
In this module, employees calendars are presented with marked working days. On these days you can plan actions to be performed by employees. Additionally, if actions have defined time standards the system of colors will illustrate the occupancy employees.
Employees occupancy submodule window consists of 2 parts:
- Top part - displays the work calendar for selected employees and after allocation of actions it illustrates the occupancy for each day
- Bottom part - is divided into two groups:
- Stages to plan - contains a list of other production stages to be assigned
- Stages planned - upon selecting day for the employee, displays a list of production stages assigned to the employee on this date
To the employee occupancy will be possible, work calendar must be filled for selected employee
To assign stage to the employee:
- In IQ module choose Employee occupancy
- click on the magnifying glass near the Employee field
- select employees and click on Choose
- from Stages to plan menu drag nad drop the stage to chosen day field

After assigning work information on the percentage of the working day based on the adoptedtime standardswill be displayed
In order to change the assignment:
- Removal of the employee selected stage:
- from the Stages planned select the stage you want to remove
- click on remove on the left side of menu (this stage will appear in the „Stages to plan” menu”)
- Assigning the stage to other employee:
- from „Stages planned” menu select the stage
- drag and drop the stage on the calendar of other employee
If the added step will take more time than allowed by the available time of the day, part of the work will be assigned for the next day
