Transport

Realization of the transport and releases related to it is conducted in the Transport module - Planning, by using a toolbar.

Control of transport is conducted by marking consignment lists with appropriate statuses:

  • Planning,
  • On the route,
  • Finished.

Loading

When the assortment is added to the consignment list you can initiate the process of loading.

To make the function of loading realized, the assortment must be available and previously reserved on the Order from the recipient.

In order to load the goods:

  1. Choose the consignment list related to the loading,
  2. From the toolbar choose the button „Loading”,
  3. Select a type of the release document. In case of the transport for the client, it will be an external release document. In case of planning the transport between warehouses, choose a document WT-.
The function „Loading” automatically generates release documents for the assortment included in the specification of the consignment list. A status of created documents is a „Scratchpad”.

Shipping

After finishing the process of loading, you can proceed to the transport.

In order to initiate transport:

  1. choose a consignment list,
  2. from the toolbar choose the button „Departure”,
  3. Enter the date and the time of departure, the planned return, and any remarks. After entering all the data, press Confirm.

A status of the consignment is changed and it is visible as „On the route”. Status of the vehicle responsible for the transport is also changed and is visible as „Unavailable” at the time of transport.

The function „Departure” will not work in case when the vehicle assigned to the transport is unavailable.
After initiating the transport, a status of the release document included in the specification of the consignment list will change into „Confirmed”.

To finish the transport:

  1. choose the consignment list,
  2. from the toolbar choose the button „Return”,
  3. enter the date of return and possible remarks. Confirm.

The transport is finished.

Details panel

Specification

It presents a list of the assortment's details assigned to the selected consignment list.

Progress of loading

It specifies a current inventory balance of goods reserved for transport. It indicates whether a specific assortment is available and if it is ready for loading.

Goods Issued notes

It displays a list of Goods Issued notes, related to the assortment reserved for transport.
