Stock-taking
The program enables you for conducting the warehouse cataloging. Stock-taking is a detailed checking of the actual state of all the articles in the warehouse. It allows you to find the differences between the state given during the stock-taking (actual state) and the state that results from the accounting records.
In order to become acquainted with already conducted stock-takings:
- From the menu Card indexes choose Warehouses, and then Stock-takings.
- In the upper part of the screen the list of the conducted stock-takings is shown.
- After choosing one of them, a detailed specification of the stock-taking will be displayed.

In order to conduct the stock-taking:
- In the module Warehouse choose Inventory balance.
- Choose the particular warehouse as actual.
- Click the icon Stock-taking.
- Give the stock-taking code, that is its title.
- After confirmation you will see the stock-taking window.
To insert the actual quantity of products/materials, choose the appropriate position and click Edit. - After closing the window, the icon Stock-taking will be highlighted in red. It means, that in the warehouse the stock-taking is conducted.
- After finishing the stock-taking:
- When the actual state is smaller than the state resulting from the accounting records, in module „Warehouse” - „Releases” the internal expenditure document will appear (in the form of a scratchpad) .
- When the actual state is bigger than the state resulting from the accounting records, in module „Warehouse” - „Deliveries” internal delivery document will appear (in the form of a scratchpad).
After confirmation of the documents, inventory balances of the products will be established as actual,( those, which were inserted during the stock-taking).
