Releases
In this module you can find the list of the warehouse release documents. Functions available in this module are described below.
Sales
This function enables you for the creation of the sales documents based on the chosen release note.

Specification tab
Reservations function
In the Modus system the material expenditure can take place according to the FIFO method or from the chosen batch. More information about expenditure algorithm and about Reservation from the batch is available on the user's guide pages.
In order to reserve the assortment from the specific batch:
- In the module Warehouse choose Releases
- Choose the document which you want to confirm, and on which you there is the assortment that requires reservation from the batch.
- In the panel details/Specification tab choose the assortment that requires reservation.
- Click on Reservations
- choose the batch from which you want to make booking
- Click on Reserve
- Specify the quantity for reservation and click Confirm
- Close the window by clicking Confirm
Additional information is included in the Specification tab:
Averaged prime cost - released quantity of assortment can come from different batches, therefore the purchase price of the individual batches could be different. On specification of confirmed outgoing document the assortment can be one item. The purchase price is averaged and is shown as the 'Averaged prime cost'. For the document which is located in the draft, the averaged prime cost accounts for the basis purchase price.
