Employee's card
Data that are recorded in the employee's card were divided into the following tabs:
Personal data
In this tab you can find information, such as: a name and a surname of an employee, a number of the ID, a personal identity number, TIN, a phone number
Data related with a company
In this tab there is information about details and conditions of the worker's employment; a period and a type of contract, work time, salary,periodic health examinations.
Settling of accounts
In this tab there is information about the way of settlement of the overtime.

Work calendar
This tab has a functon of defining the calendar of the employee's work, specifying free days and working days. In order to reduce the consumption time and prevent from duplication of the same actions for other employees, you only have to define a template of the work calendar, where you can select days, and next choose it in the cards of emplyees.

In order to assign a template to the employee's card:
- In the module Employees choose Employees,
- Choose an employee, for whom you want to define a work calendar,
- Click on Edit,
- Choose the tab Work calendar,
- Click on the icon Choose from the list that is in the field Template of the work calendar,
- Choose a template, that you want to use,
- Calendar defined in such a way can be edited by selecting the appropriate day and clicking on Edit.

Leaves
The tab allows you for recording and planning of the worker's leave. Entering the number of days of leave is possible. By adding consecutive leaves, the system will indicate the number of remained days.
In order to plan the employee's leave:
- In the module Employees choose Employees,
- Choose the worker, for whom you want to plan a leave,
- Click on Edit,
- Go to the tab Leaves,
- Enter the number of leave days,
- Click on Add to define a date of leave,
- Define the date of leave,
- Click on Confirm,

Tabs
A card of a contractor enables you for enclosing the attachments that include, e.g. a scan of the contract with an employee or other documents.
Rights
From the level of this tab you can define the rights of an employee related to the work on the production terminal. The rights include:
- Terminal - the option decides about the possibility of the employee's logging to the production terminal,
- Preview of all the employees - this option is designed for the production manager, it allows for a preview of the production assigned to all employees.
- Hold on - this option activates the function Hold on the production terminal.
- Resume - this option activates the function Resume on the production terminal.
- Details - this option activates the access to the additional information related with a product from the level of production terminal.
- Correction of usage - this option activates the possibility of entering the correction of materials usage from the level of production terminal.
- Attachments - this option gives an employee an access to attachments
- Printing - this option gives an employee the possibility of printing labels from the level of production terminal.
- Assignment of the machine to the stage from the terminal's level - this option activates the possibility of specifying the machine on which the stage from the terminal's level is realized.
In order to define the rights of an employee:
- In the module Employees choose Employees,
- Choose the employee for whom you want to define the rights,
- Click on Edit,
- Go to the tab Rights,
- Select the appropriate options
