Employees

The module enables you for keeping detailed records of employees. Creation of card indexes of individual employees is possible that allows for gathering basic information in one place, such as: personal data and additional information related to details and conditions of employment. In the module, it is also possible to:

• define the work calendar,
• plan leaves,
• give rights related to the production terminal for employees,
• define groups of employees and piecework groups,
• give information about the time of starting and ending the work by individual employees of the respective day.

In the Modus system, employees can be divided into groups related to the performing job (handling different types of workcells), as well as the piecework groups. Therefore, after completion of production, it is possible to use the gathered information during settling accounts with an employee, individually or as part of the group.
