2. Consumption of the materials is generated based on the recipe at the time of approval of the contract from the recipient. If you modified the definition of a recipe, consumption of the materials will not be updated for the already approved orders from customers.
3. Consumption of the material for a particular batch of product, can changed in the function „Correction consumption”. If the function was used, it will be shown in the report „Correction of the materials consumption”.

++++Production of the complex products | Modus system enables the creation of complex products by placing products (intermediates) in the recipe. At the time of placing an order for complex product there will be created the demand for materials and products referred to in recipe. For materials you must generate the order to suppliers, while the products should generate additional order.

In order to complete production process for complex product:

1. Add order from recipient for complex product → ORDERS/FROM RECIPIENTS
2. Add order from recipient for intermediate → ORDERS/FROM RECIPIENTS
3. Generate production order for all products → PRODUCTION/PLANNING
4. Check Demand and add an order to suppliers on missing materials → PRODUCTION/DEMAND
5. Receive materials → DEMAND/TO SUPPLIERS
6. Perform the production process intermediates → PRODUCTIONS/PLANNING
7. Perform the production process for complex product → PRODUCTION/PLANNING
8. Move product submitted to the warehouse which has already recived order → WAREHOUSE/ISSUE
9. produce sales document → ORDERS/FROM RECIPIENTS
