Planning - Schedule production
In the window there is production schedule / list of products planned for implementation. After generating a production order they get on the list with the status In planning . Once approved, it is possible to start production.
From the schedule it is also possible to track the course of the production process as well as completion. For this purpose, a tab course of the production process is used.
The list of products contains information related to both the product and order information:
Edit
The function Edit production order consists of:
Edit the details of the position - allows changing the amount planned for the production and separation of the batch size
Edit the quantity produced - allows an adjustment of the amount produced with automatic convertion of raw materials used
Edit production order
The function allows editions of planned production order in field of:
- document series
- internal number
- implementation date
- prioritize
- comments insertion
Production
Icon provides additional features such as:
End production - production will be completed (all stages).
End the current stage - the current stage will be completed.
Show documents
function generates PW and RW documents for completed production which does not have enabled automatic generation for these documents(Files - Configuration - Global settings - Production - Planning/progress- „Documents PW/RW Generate automaticly after last stage is finnished”).
change production cell - function changes the production cell for example in a situation where production is to take place on the cell other than the default for a given type..
Correction of raw material consumption - This function allows you to make global correction of raw material consumption. If for production of several products were used different amount of raw material than what the formulas, using this correction you can enter the total amount actually consumed, and the program proportionally allocate the difference in the quantity of raw material used between-made products.
Option 'Reserve surplus automatically', is only visible for assortment without the required reservation from the batch or assortment with the reservation of the batch and at the same time enabled automatic reservation of the batch:
- correction of consumption set at 0 will remove all existing reservations
- correction of consumption set at negative with automatic reservation release is available to assortment without the required reservation from the batch or for an assortment of batch reservation, provided that the existing reservation covers only one batch ;
An alternative solution is to correct the quantity of raw material used separately for each batch of products (by using the tool correction located in Production/Planning/Production schedule/Details/Demand tab).

In order make a correction globaly:
- In module Production/Planning/Production schedule select several batches for which you want to make a correction of raw material consumption
- Click on Production
- Select Correction of consumtion
- On the list showing the total demand for raw materials for the selected batch, select the material whose quantity you want to adjust
- Click on Correction
- Enter the total amount actually used in the production of selected batch (the difference between the amount resulting from the recipe and the amount entered as actually consumed will be proportionally distributed among the selected batches)

Reserve shortage of assortment - function reserves the necessary amount of raw materials that are in stock for the order.
Release reservation - function releases reservations for raw materials that can be used at any order
Change the reservation mode - changes the reservation mode from manulal to automatic.
Product card - function opens production card.
Serial number
Icon is used to print product labels containing a serial number. Printout can be made on label printer, according to defined template that you can edit. More information on serial number label you can find here.

Issue raw materials
In version 2.2. was introduced automatic document generation function shifting raw materials necessary for the production process from storage facility to the production warehouse (document WP - Issue for production).

Production process tab
Tab provides information concerning the course of the production process such as:
- production stage
- status and progress of the stage
- finished quantity
- worker and machine assigned
- starting date
- date of completion
In the tab are also available following functions:
Edit - allows editing of selected production stage or provides with the information about this stage
Start/End/Undo the stage - function is made to register the production process on the Modus system. It's function is to change specific stage of production status eg, from Waiting to Started. Function also allows to undo the Complated stage.
Assign worker - allows to assign worker to stage
Assign machine - allows to assign machine to stage

As a result of ability to edit the quantity recorded in the production terminal the Rcp kolumn is avaliable in the View option. Specific steps take one of two statuses:
- V - if the amount executed on the stage, visible in the production process tab, is consistent with the amount registered for the stage in the RCP tab (no quantity editing was conducted in the RCP tab)
- X - if the amount executed on the stage, visible in the production process tab, is _not_ consistent with the amount registered for the stage in the RCP tab(quantity editing was conducted in the RCP tab, production without registering time)

Correction of raw material consumption - The function allows the correction of consumption of raw materials resulting from production standards in relation to actual consumption. If the employee has used for the production different amount than has been planned, this must be recorded in the system by using the tool Correction of raw material consumption. If this is not done, the system generates the raw materials outgoings document on the quantities arising from the recipe, and not actually used.

Option Reserve surplus automatically refers to a situation where actual consumption is greater than consumption standard and the selected material has been reserved according to the standard raw material consumption. This option is selected by default, and if by making a correction, this option is still on the system will automatically increase the amount of the reserved assortment.
If this option is deselected demand will be increased, while the amount reserved will not change. If you want to reserve the remaining amount of raw material representing the difference between actual consumption and the resulting consumption standard will be necessary to reserve by using the tool reservation manager / Reserve missing quantity.
In the case of correction at negative selected option release of reservations, but only for assortment without reserve from the batch option;
In the case of correction at 0 selected option release of reservations for every assortment type;
Reservation manager - The function allows reserving necessary quantities of individual raw materials for product realization. Depending on the settings on the assortment in warehouse batches reservations can be made with the total amount of raw material or as a result of manual indication of batch from which it has to come. Tab provides information about the events recorded on the terminal production. From this level, you can also edit the processing time as well as quantity.

Editing of operation time
In case of accidental / incorrect time registration of the employee it is possible to edit and correct the incorrect entry. When editing additional function Check the readings is available. If selected, the system checkes whether the entered time is whitin the range of input/outpu of worker
Editing of qantity made
In order to edit the quantity:
- In module Production choose Planning
- In the schedule, select the product which entries you want to edit in RCP
- Go to RCP tab
- Click on Edit
Stage incomplete:
- edition possible only for negative;
- edition reduces the quantity completed on ERP (the same way as deleting a record);
Stage complete:
- edition of quantity made does not affect the quantity completed visible in Production process tab;
- edition possible for positive and negative (if in case there is a discrepancy editing conducted between the quantity completed and the quantity visible in the tab RCP than in the Production process tab appropriate designation in RCP column takes place);
Actions tab
Shows the time-cost norms of the product, calculated based on definitions of norms from the recipe of the product and quantity ordered.
