Planning - List of the ordered products

In the window there is a list of ordered products that are pending for their realization planning.

On the of list of products you can find information related to the product as well as the information connected with the order.

This function is designed to plan the production of the ordered products

To plan the production, follow these steps:

1. In the module Production choose Planning.
2. In the window List of the production orders select the production order.
3. Click on the icon Plan.
4. The window New document of the Production order will display, fill in the data of an order.
5. After clicking on Confirm the window Production order will display summary about the products we're planing to produce. If we want to start producing only a portion of copies, remove unwanted from the list using the Delete button. Copies are removed only from a production order so we will have the opportunity to plan their production at a later time.
6. After clicking confirm demand is calculated and the first stage of production planning is completed.
   Production Order goes to the window schedule as Planned. To start the production you must approve issued production order, it can be done from the sub-module Planning 2 and Production Orders.

This function is used to change the reservation mode of raw materials from manual to automatic. More here.

This function is used to insert comments.

In order to insert comment:

1. Go to module Production and choose Plan
2. In the list of ordered products, select batch of product for which you want to make any comments
3. Click on Comment
4. In the comments field, enter the current content of the comments
5. Click on Complete

Submitted comments remain visible on the list of ordered products as well as the Schedule of production, once planned date of production.

In order to view comments:

• From the list of ordered products:
  • For the columns displayed on the List of ordered products add the Current notes column
  • One of the columns is a status indicating whether a comment is entered
  • The second column displays the first line of the entered comments
• from the Details panel on the list of ordered products:
  • In the Comments tab the entire content of the comments is placed

Feature removes from the list of products pending for the planning and implementation. After its use in the order product it is still visible.

This function is also used on the occasion of removing old split batches from production orders. If you have started the implementation of the order, and there is a need to separate the batch and produce only one part of thebatch, and then it turns out the second part of a batch will not be produced, this batch can be removed.

In order to delete this batch:

1. In module Production choose Plan
2. In the production schedule, select the batch of product that will not be produced
3. Click on Delete
4. The product will be moved from Production schedule to the Ordered products
5. Select product to be removed on the list of ordered products
6. In the ordered products, click Delete

It provides information about raw materials needed to produce the ordered product:

• assortment
• quantity
• unit of measure
• availability in stock
• purpose
• reserved from the batch
• dispositional status - total status decreased by reservations
• shortage - quantity (according to formula) reduced by the amount reserved for the product
• the value of the component - quantity (according to formula) * base purchase price of the assortment
• value of the shortages
