Production planning

Planning is an initial stage of production that starts at the moment of executing an order from the recipient. The production plan can be established for particular days and weeks and it is conducted individually for each group of products.

Ordered products, which production has to be planned, automatically appear in the module „Production”, submodule „Planning” and „Planning 2”. In the left window of both submodules there is a list of products ordered by recipients. In the right window you can see a production schedule. The aim of both of them is to plan the production and generate the production commissions, however each of them gives a slightly different piece of information.

In the both submodules, under the list of the ordered products there is a list with a demand for materials. After planning the production, the product disappears from the list of the ordered products and appears in the production schedule with a status Planning. Before starting the production, the order must be Confirmed. It changes the status into During production.

In the submodule „Planning” there is possibility of the production stages' preview for each product. A manager of reservation allows for automatic reservation of materials. In the tab Demand, you can use a substitute or make a correction of the material consumption for every product (if the consumption is differ with the one resulting from standards.

In the submodule „Planning 2” you can a demand for materials and generate an order to the supplier for the lacking assortment, as well as checking the time consumption of the order.
