Assignment of production orders (version 2.2)

This module is designed to assign particular products or whole production orders to the workers or piecework groups that will be responsible for the products assigned to them.

A worker will be assigned to the order under condition that the stage of a product is realized on the type of a workcell handled by the group of workers the same as the group of the worker that you want to assign (e.g. at the stage of cutting that takes place in the cutting room managed by the specific group of workers, you can assign only the worker with a particular skill).

If on the few stages there is agreement between the group of the worker for this stage and a group of the worker, then the worker will be assigned to the few stages (e.g. if workers were not divided into groups and all the stages are realized by one group - a worker will be assigned to each stage.)

These remarks do not relate to the assignment of workers from the level of production terminal. In case of the terminal, it depends on the configuration whether the worker can assign himself to the stage or only to a group compatible with his/her group.

To each stage of production you can assign a worker and an hour rate for which he/she works, that will allow you for settling accounts with workers. Every worker has a unique bar code. Therefore, his/her identification is possible as well as the tasks performed by them. More information about workers and groups of workers can be found here.

To assign a worker to a production order:

  1. from the menu Production choose Assignment of production orders.
  2. If you want to assign particular employees, choose the tab Employees, and if piecework groups, choose the tab Piecework groups.
  3. if the workers or piecework groups are to be assigned to the production orders, choose the tab Production orders, and if they should relate to products, choose the tab Products.
  4. Choose the product or an order, to which a worker or a group is to be assigned.
  5. Choose a worker or a group, that is to be assigned to the order or the product and by holding the left button drag and drop it on the chosen item.
After assignment of workers to the products, each worker after logging into the production temrinal can see products assigned to him/her. After signing in as the piecework group, a list pf products assigned to the group is visible on the terminal. On the list, the product appears as many times as many workers are in the group.
