Production terminal - product details

Function Details avaliable on the production terminal allows autorized personel to:

- check production process and assign a machine to specific stage - check demand for materials and making a correction of consumption - read the comments on the position of production order - read the attachments

In order to determine on which machine the stage is carried out:

1. Click on Production process
2. Choose production stage
3. Click on Assign the machine
4. In the device window choose The Device or add new one by clicking on Add
5. Click on Choose

In order to add correction of the material consumption:

1. Click on Materials
2. Choose material with which you want to change consumption
3. Click on Correction of the material consumption
4. Input actual consumption of the material
5. Click on Accept

Information to be presented here are introduced from within the program Production/Planning/Edit/Edit production details ++++ Screen: Comments| ++++

This is where attachments are available for the product and the different stages of production within a given technology. Attachment added to the stage of production technology will be displayed on the stage for each product. Attachment added to the card assortment will be visible only to the product.

In order to add the attachment to the technology stage:

1. In module Technology choose Technology
2. Choose technology stage for which you want to add an attachment
3. Click twice on stage for which you want to add an attachment
4. On card Stage edition go to Attachments tab
5. Click on Add
6. Choose the attachments

In order to add the attachment to product:

1. In module Warehouse choose Assortment
2. Choose product for which you want to add the attachment
3. In details panel go to Attachments tab
4. Click on Add
5. Choose the attachment

In order to display the attachment on the terminal:

1. Select product you want to display
2. Click on Details
3. Click on Attachments
4. Select attachment you want to open
5. Click on Open attachment

This function is used to print product labels

Functions used to separate from produced batch of assortment, quantity completed and put it at warehouse.

In order to introduce produced quantity on the warehouse:

1. Select product on the terminal which you want to introduce on the warehouse
2. Click on Details
3. Click on Introduce on the warehouse
4. Specify amount are to be introduced
5. Click on Accept

Separaiting the batch can be made also from Modus system using function Separation of the batch size
