Production orders

In this module, all the issued production orders are registered. They include information, such as; products, their quantities, and a date of production. Realization of the order that is in the production scheme can be initiated after its confirmation. It can be done in two ways:

• I way:
  1. In the module Production choose a submodule Production orders.
  2. Choose an order that you want to confirm.
  3. Click on Confirm.

• II way:
  1. In the module Production choose a submodule Planning 2.
  2. Choose an order that you want to confirm.
  3. Click on Confirm

Report of the individual stages of production can happen via the production terminal equipped with a scanner of bar codes as well as from the Modus system (Production module, submodule „Planning”.

The icon allows you for printing out the production order and additional document related to the order:

• production lists for the workers,
• demand for materials,
• labels of materials.

The icon allows you for printing of labels of the product that has a serial number. The printout can be made on the labels printer, according to the defined template that can be edited. The icon is designed to generate consignment notes and transport planning on the basis of the fleet of vehicles.

TO plan the transport:

1. Choose the production order for which the transport is to be planned.
2. Click on Transport.
3. Choose a route.
4. Choose a vehicle.
5. Confirm the created consignment note.

The system allows you for deletion of the confirmed or finished production. It can be done only in the case when a particular product was not released, sold or reserved. Deletion of the finished production also causes the deletion of PW documents of the ready-made good and RW of the materials. This operation also changes the inventory balances.

In order to delete the manufactured product:

1. from the menu Production choose Production orders,
2. Choose an order where you can find a product that you is to be deleted,
3. Choose a product that you want to delete,
4. Click on Delete a current record,
