Card - Edition of the formula's component

This card is for defining the use of a chosen component/ingredient during realization of the production process.

Quantity - a quantity of an ingredient necessary for realization of production process.

Stage - stage of production, when the ingredient will be used.

Copying a batch number from the material into a product - Modus has got the function enabling for copying the batch number into the serial number of the product. During placing an order, the product is given a serial number that is used during the process of production. If in the product's formula, the option 'Copy the batch number from a material into a product' is enabled for one of materials, then after finishing the production, the product is given the same serial number as the batch number of the material that was used for production. The change happens only after the completion of production, because earlier there is no certainty which batch will be used for production (potential reservation can be withdrawn). ++++ Screen: Card - Edition of the formula's ingredient| ++++

Quantity - the quantity of the ingredient necessary after realization of the production process can be expressed in a variable or a mathematical formula.

Destination - the field is required if the formula's component is a production group of materials. In the formula of a product you can add several ingredients in the form of groups and it is necessary to differentiate them, e.g. a pillow can have a possibility of choice other fabric to sew the front and the back part. The content entered in the field Destination, is displayed at the time of placing the order next to the drop-down list with the materials that belong to the specific production group of materials. Thanks to such a solution, you can separately change the fabric's color for the front and for the back of the pillow. ++++ Screen: Destination| ++++

Automatic choice of material on the basis of a group - one group of material is used for production of several parts of a product (e.g. a seat and a backrest). In such a case, each time you can choose the fabric for both parts. If the fabric should be the same for both parts of the product, you can automatize the choice. Enabling this option causes that the chosen material for one part spowoduj że for the second one the same material will be automatically chosen. For this purpose you have to select the option and define a destination according to which the choice should be made.

Use the mathematical formula - the function makes it possible to enter a variable or a mathematical formula through the choice of the earlier defined formulas from the list. After clicking on it, the window List of mathematical formulas will be displayed.

Enter a usage chart - it allows you for entering a usage chart and defining the usage for particular symbols of the chosen chart, e.g. a usage of the fabric for different sizes of clothing.
