Technologies

In the module Technologies there is all information and functions that relate to the production technology. There is also a list of technologies - for each of them you can display a visualization, a list of formulas and stages of production. A function of technology cloning is also accessible. A very significant and useful element of the module is a Creator of technology, that leads step by step through the whole stage of defining technologies, formulas, and products.

there are all defined technologies. A new item can be added in two ways:

1. by using of Creator of production technology
2. manually, by defining all the stages.
   In order to create a new production technology:
   • In the module click on Add
   • From the list choose a group of products for which you want to create a formula
   • On the card Production technology click Add and choose the operation, according to which the stage should be realized.
   • Fill in the card Stage of production

Visualization - grafic representation of the order of various stages of production. Howering on the desired stage displays additional informations about that stage.

Stages - tab allows you to edit stages of the technology and add some more:

1. In module Technology choose Technology
2. Choose production technology for which you want to add or edit the stage
3. Go to Stages tab
4. Click on Add
5. Choose operation in which Stage is executed
6. Fill out Production technology stage

++++ Screen: Stages | ++++ ++++ Screen: Production parameters | ++++ Recipe - tab allows you to set and edit recipes belonging to given technology.

In order to edit the recipe:

1. In module Technology choose Technology
2. Select technology for which you want to edit a recipe
3. Click on Edit
4. Fill out Edit recipe

In order to add new recipe:

1. In module Technology choose Technology
2. Select technology for which you want to add a recipe
3. Click on Add
4. Fill out Edit recipe
5. List of recipes for given groupe of products will be displayed, choose one of them or add new one by clicking add

Expanding individual branches of the tree you can check what element the branch consist of and add new positions. The tree contains following branches:

• Group of products - more informations you can find here
• Operations
• Cell types - more informations you can find here
• Employee group - more informations you can find here
• Actions - more informations you can find here
• Production group of assortments - more informations you can find here
• Dynamic recipes - this branch allows you to define variables, consumption patterns and tables with symbols that can be used when defining product recipes, defined on the ordering stage.
