Actions
Actions is the list of all steps on individual objects. These activities are used during generation, trouble tickets, service orders, and when planning inspections. User specifies what actions are to be taken during the execution of the service order. In the case of maintenance actions on the card activity is determined a period of at what action is to be performed. Actions can be divided into the following types:
- review
- repair
- renovation
- maintenance
- breakdown
Activities that are no longer needed and were placed on a job can not be deleted. In this case, on the card activity should be mark them as inactive. This action automatically cease to be visible in the list of activity. If you want to display inactive activity deselect Only active .
For activity we can define:
- a list of parts / consumables necessary to perform the operations. Define for each activity necessary supplies allows you to efficiently generate service orders. The program can check the parts corresponding to the chosen activity and automatically add them for the order.
- Alert for actions performed periodically, every specified unit of time or at a specified time jobs registered by the counter device which that activity relates
- Description constituting instructions performance
- add attachments
In order to add actions
- In module Maintenance choose Actions,
- Click on Add,
- Select the object or objects that an action concerns
- Fill out Actions editing.

Recommended actions
Recommended actions facilitate and automate the user experience to generate service orders. In case of failure the measures recommended may pose a hint of how to remove the failure, in the case of other types of activity, the measures recommended allow you to automatically generate service orders further.
- For failure we can determine the action to be done in order to remove crash. Ways to remove a failure may be a few so you can define several actions recommended, constituting the solution of the problem. There may also be cases where for solution to the problem it is necessary to perform several actions. If the failure is defined several actions recommended in the time to generate a service order based on of a breakdown, the employee will see a list of recommended actions for failure and when you select one or more of them will be on job.
- For other types of actions we can determine the action to be executed if the secondary activity ended in the outcome. For example, for a particular survey, we can add a couple of actions recommended, including any case in which should be done:
- maintenance of the device if the review was finalized with positive results
- the device repaired if the review was completed with negative results
If you execute a review and you activate a positive result of this review, the system will ask whether to generate a service order on maintain the machine, and if you execute a review and you activate a negative result of this review, the system will ask whether to generate a service order to repair the device.
In order to define the recommended actions:
- In module Maintenance choose Actions,
- Select the action for which you want to define the measures recommended
- In panel recommended steps, click Add ,
- Select the action to be executed,
- Specify a situation in which the recommended action is to be performed (if the operation completed successfully, negative, indeterminate).
Objects
Service actions are performed in relation to specific objects. Actions are not permanently associated with a specific object.When defining a new action object or objects refers which transaction concerned concerns. For defined action, the level of Objects tabcan be delete and add objects which the transaction concerned concerns.
In order to edit the list of objects associated with the action:
- in module CMMS choose Actions
- select action for which you want to edit the list of tied objects
- click on Add
- select objects which has to be tied with the objects
